Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PornArt Live, including the website, account features, credit purchases, uploads, AI generation tools, downloads, and related services.
By accessing or using PornArt Live, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Adult-only service
PornArt Live is available only to users who are at least 18 years old and at least the legal age required to access explicit adult content in their country, state, province, or region.
You must not use PornArt Live if you are underage, barred from receiving the service, or located somewhere that prohibits the type of content or AI generation workflow you intend to access.
Consent, likeness, and source media rights
You may upload or use images, videos, faces, bodies, likenesses, names, prompts, and other materials only when you own them or have all permissions and legal rights needed to use them with PornArt Live.
You must not upload or generate content using another person's likeness, private media, or identifiable image without that person's consent. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, request, generate, store, download, or share.
Every person depicted in source media or generated adult content must be an adult. Any attempt to create, transform, sexualize, exploit, or simulate minors is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use PornArt Live to create, request, upload, store, or distribute illegal content; non-consensual intimate imagery; child sexual abuse material; content involving minors; threats; harassment; extortion; impersonation; doxxing; or content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
You must not attempt to bypass safety systems, abuse the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, overload infrastructure, use automated scraping without permission, resell access without authorization, or use PornArt Live for unlawful activity.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, or report conduct to appropriate authorities when we believe these Terms, safety rules, or applicable law have been violated.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Activity under your account may be treated as your activity.
You must notify [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if you become aware of misuse involving PornArt Live.
Credits, payments, and refunds
PornArt Live may offer one-time credit packs or other paid features. Prices, credit amounts, included features, and availability may change from time to time before purchase.
Credits are consumed when you submit supported AI generation tasks. If a task fails unexpectedly before a result is delivered, PornArt Live may automatically refund the credits for that task. Successful tasks with delivered output are charged normally.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Except where required by law or expressly stated by PornArt Live, completed purchases are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, currency conversion, or payment provider charges that may apply.
Generated outputs
Subject to these Terms, your payment obligations, and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes when you have the rights and consent needed for all source materials and depicted people.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for others. PornArt Live does not guarantee that outputs are unique, error-free, lawful for every use, or suitable for a particular purpose.
PornArt Live intellectual property
PornArt Live and its software, interface, branding, logos, templates, systems, documentation, and service design are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of PornArt Live technology or branding. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative services from protected parts of PornArt Live except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Service availability and changes
PornArt Live may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also change models, vendors, generation behavior, credit costs, safety rules, and product features as the service evolves.
We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of user content, specific generation results, or compatibility with every device, browser, or region.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
PornArt Live is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PornArt Live will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or unauthorized use of your account or content.
Termination
You may stop using PornArt Live at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, abused the service, failed to pay amounts owed, or used the service in a way that could harm users, third parties, or PornArt Live.
Sections concerning payments, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, enforcement, and dispute-related obligations may survive termination where appropriate.
